About the Event
“Pro-life” rhetoric centers adoption as a solution to abortion without ever discussing the issue from the perspective of adoptees. Adoption is often a choice made in the absence of choice and adoptee lived experience can provide clarity about why choice matters, and how we might begin to think more expansively about the language of choice.
